SECOND Floor Condo Private location

Welcome to our fully equipped luxury condominium. Enjoy a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. The space features a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, balcony or private terrace, washer and dryer, air conditioning in each room, hot water, and WiFi access. Each unit includes 2 bathrooms; one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. We provide towels and bi-daily cleaning for your convenience.

The condominiums offer TVs in each room and spacious balconies or terraces perfect for relaxing with friends or enjoying a good book. Designed for 2 individuals or couples, additional guests must be registered in advance. As the property manager, I am here to ensure your stay is exceptional from check-in to check-out. Our office in the parking area is open daily from 8:00 to 17:00 for any inquiries or assistance you may need.

Please note that certain guests are allowed to stay only from 22:00 to 06:00 without exceptions, so we recommend checking before booking. Pets and large parties are not allowed on the premises to maintain a peaceful and secure environment for all guests.
